Somebody on Scarpetta's production team is an absolute nerd.

Lucy, Scareptta's niece on the show, takes over the family computer and installs Linux. But like...real Linux, running WindowMaker and everything, and it's on a biiiig ass CRT.

I can't pin down what the distro is. RedHat, maybe? (The year is 1998)
