@butterdog >60FPS 1080p Way too fast and highres, it has to be PAL or NTSC spec. Also it needs to be some analog (not possible anymore?) or at least lowres.

@butterdog Yeah, "snow" is the weak spot of modern video compression. Probably better to do a program with shaders or find a web that does it. A lot of emulators for older consoles have shaders like this and I think one for megadrive called KEGA did it by default when nothing was loaded.
