I guess buying the catheters I need out of pocket online is no longer feasible, last time I ordered they were $132, now they've jumped to $199. That's just too much to sustain. 😞 I wish I knew how to get my so-called medical supplier to f**king respond & fill an order for me, why do they exist if they can't even do that?
Their website is just a useless portal, no way to order supplies online like my old provider, no info even on what supplies they carry. (Phone support doesn't know, either.)
You message them through the Web portal, you get a warning telling you wait times are long so call them on the phone instead. I sent a message that went a month without a reply.
You try to call them on the phone, you tell them the department you need (urology), they put you on hold for hours until the workday ends, then they hang up on you. Not feasible to wait on the phone for hours every f**king day in hopes somebody picks up.
If somebody actually answers 😲 you say hello, urology?--they say sorry, that's not their department so they can't help, then hang up because it's the end of the workday. (Incidentally, this was when my online message FINALLY got an answer...to say, "Looks like you got us on the phone! Please contact us that way in the future as our site is too backed up, thanks!")
If your doctor finally gets an order to them they reject it & claim they couldn't get in touch with her. If she tries again they reject it & claim she didn't sign in the right place. If she signs again, they reject it & again claim no contact or you just never hear back.
No call reminders to refill orders like my old supplier. No nothing.
NO F**KING SUPPLIES!
Tried a new urologist who said he could fill my order with a different provider...but nope. Back to J&B...still no update. 😞
I left a bad review on Google. Oh, THEN they say, please get in touch...yeah, how? YOU NEVER F**KING ANSWER.
And I am far from the only one. Search J&B Medical. 2.1 star average review.
